These Terms of Service govern your use of Agent Wayfinder. By accessing or using Agent Wayfinder, you agree to these terms.

About Agent Wayfinder

Agent Wayfinder is a productivity and trip-management tool intended to help travel advisors organize clients, trips, milestones, tasks, meetings and related workflow information.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You must provide accurate account information and use Agent Wayfinder only for lawful purposes.

Travel Advisor Responsibilities

Agent Wayfinder is an organizational tool and does not replace your professional judgment or responsibility as a travel advisor.

Users remain responsible for verifying supplier requirements, payment deadlines, reservation windows, travel documentation requirements, pricing, availability and other time-sensitive information directly with the applicable supplier or authoritative source.

Automated milestones, dates, reminders or other information generated or displayed by Agent Wayfinder should be reviewed for accuracy before being relied upon for client travel arrangements.

Client Information

If you enter information relating to clients or travellers, you are responsible for having the appropriate authority to collect, use and process that information and for complying with privacy and data-protection requirements applicable to your business.

Third-Party Integrations

Agent Wayfinder may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services remains subject to the applicable third party's own terms and policies.

Connecting a third-party service is optional and may be disconnected when supported by Agent Wayfinder or through the third-party provider.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, add or remove features as Agent Wayfinder evolves. We do not guarantee that the service or any particular integration will always be available or uninterrupted.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Agent Wayfinder, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, interfere with the operation or security of the service, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer

Agent Wayfinder is provided as a workflow and organizational tool. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that all information, automated calculations, deadlines, supplier rules or third-party information will always be complete, current or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agent Wayfinder and Pure Magic Vacations will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, reliance on information displayed within the service, third-party service interruptions or missed travel-related deadlines.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Agent Wayfinder evolves. The date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision.
