Agent Wayfinder is a productivity and trip-management platform designed for travel advisors. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Agent Wayfinder.

Information You Provide

When you use Agent Wayfinder, information you enter into the platform may include account information, client and trip details, tasks, milestones, notes, supplier information and other information required to manage your travel business.

You are responsible for ensuring that any client or traveller information you enter into Agent Wayfinder is collected and used appropriately and in accordance with the privacy requirements applicable to your business.

Account Information

Agent Wayfinder uses account information such as your name and email address to authenticate your account, provide access to your workspace and associate your data with your account.

Google Calendar Integration

Agent Wayfinder allows users to optionally connect their own Google Calendar.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Agent Wayfinder requests read-only access to calendar information necessary to display your meetings and events within Agent Wayfinder. This may include event titles, dates, times, locations, meeting links and other event details provided by Google Calendar.

Agent Wayfinder does not use Google Calendar access to create, edit or delete events in your Google Calendar.

Calendar information is used only to provide calendar-related functionality within Agent Wayfinder, including displaying upcoming meetings and incorporating them into your personal dashboard.

Each user's Google Calendar connection is associated with that user's own Agent Wayfinder account. Other Agent Wayfinder users do not receive access to your connected Google Calendar through the application.

Agent Wayfinder's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Information

Information processed through Agent Wayfinder is used to operate and provide the application's functionality, maintain user accounts, display trip-management information, provide requested integrations, troubleshoot issues and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

Third-Party Services

Agent Wayfinder relies on third-party technology providers to operate certain features, including hosting, authentication, data storage and optional integrations. Information may be processed by these providers only as necessary to provide those services.

Google Calendar integration is subject to Google's own privacy policies and terms.

Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information processed through Agent Wayfinder. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Disconnecting Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. Users may disconnect their Google Calendar from Agent Wayfinder. Users may also manage or revoke Agent Wayfinder's access through their Google Account permissions.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

Information is retained as necessary to provide Agent Wayfinder and operate user accounts. Users may request deletion of their Agent Wayfinder account and associated personal information by contacting us.
